Premium Solutions Support provides Web-based training assistance on questions related to installation and setup, configuration, customization and general "how-tos." Our trainers provide expert assistance to support your firm as you implement LexisNexis Total Practice Advantage, Lexis Front Office powered by Time Matters, Lexis Back Office powered by Billing Matters or Lexis Back Office powered by PCLaw. PSS is session based with 50-minute training sessions and some time thereafter allocated for wrap up and reporting on the results of the call. Callers can schedule up to 10 sessions per year per PSS package through a signup system in the Service Center. When signing up for a session, users specify an area of interest, and a solutions specialist with that expertise is assigned to provide maximum value to the session. WebEx is used extensively in PSS to actually work with the customer’s computer, setup, and database, wherever possible.
Please note that PSS is limited to issues that are directly related to Practice Management products and excludes the setup and operation of operating systems, networks, hardware, and SQL databases.
PSS can be purchased in packages that include one session for $150, five sessions for $625 or ten sessions for $950. PSS Sessions, are valid for one year from date of purchase. Contact us for more information.

Formerly known as the HotDocs Forms Course - The HotDocs Certified Forms Developer course is designed to cover specific issues relating to the HotDocs HFT and HPT template forms.
Learn how to link HotDocs with Time Matters and Total Practice Advantage (TPA), setup HotDocs templates for use via Time Matters or TPA, and how to use answer sources to pull information out of Time Matters or TPA into HotDocs.

Juris Active Information University is a 4-day training package that includes Core Reporting Training(day 1-2), Budgeting, Forecasting & Business Intelligence training (day 3) and Basic Report Writing (day 4).
Core Reporting Training is a two-day introductory training class that covers Active Information Core Reporting functions for a new user, or user with limited experience with Juris Active Information Core Reporting.
Budgeting & Forecasting and Business Intelligence training is a one-day introductory training class that covers Active Information Budgeting & Forecasting and Active Information Business Intelligence functionality for a new user, or user with limited experience with these optional modules of Juris Active Information.
